How religious traditions can contribute to promote cooperation between people and to ensure social justice and peace in the world?

In developing this issue, speakers will address the following aspects:

  1. What is the place of man in the universe?
  2. Taking into account his place, what values should be (re-) set in our societies? Why? How?
  3. What initiatives can be taken, especially with regard to youth?
  4. Which analytical and operational tools are available to the great traditions to dismantle the mechanisms that are poisoning people?
  5. How their approach is different from that of politicians?

The « Events to promote Peace » ended with a manifesto that we now call:
THE BRUSSELS APPEAL
